Here's a reminder of a few other event details:

 

General reminders:

 

1. Dress code is black and white, with pops of pink, Storefront’s brand colours!

2. We are a go whether it is RAIN or SHINE, so please remember to be prepared for the weather - rain poncho, sweater and all.

3. This event is cashless - bars, merchandise, and 50/50 raffle will accept card only.

4. If you are receiving this email, your name is on the list and you will not need to bring physical tickets.

5. If you are a Table Captain we will see you starting between 2-4pm for table setup. 

 

Event Day Schedule:

 

12 pm: Share location with your table guests with details.

2pm- 4:30 pm: Table Captains Only Allowed to Arrive for Set Up

4:30pm: See you on Brodway - Bars Open and Guests Begin to Arrive

6 pm : Dinner is Served

9 pm: Bars Close

9-10:30 pm: Table Captain Clean Up

9pm- midnight: After Party at the Forks Market

If you want to keep the fun going after dinner, join us for the official Table for 1200 After Party at The Forks Market, 2nd Floor Event Space, with the legendary DJ Hunnicutt and a candy bar! Tickets will be available at the door.
